Our core team members bring years of experience in event planning and organization, with a strong track record of supporting the local community. Their work spans Lunar New Year performances, charity initiatives, and private dance and music events.
All core team members are volunteers who dedicate their time and expertise to event strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Together, they work to ensure a streamlined and sustainable model that supports and advances the mission of Chasing the Dream Dance Showcase.
我们的核心团队成员均拥有多年活动策划与组织经验，长期服务并支持本地社区发展，参与过包括春节文艺演出、公益活动，以及各类私人舞蹈与歌唱活动的策划与执行。
团队成员均为志愿者，投入大量时间与精力在活动的整体策略、发展规划以及运营优化上，致力于打造高效、可持续的运作模式，从而更好地支持和实现《圆梦舞展》的使命。
Founder
Xiao Yun Cong
Responsible for overall event planning and program quality control. Also take lead on sponsorship outreach and volunteer organization.
Co-Founder
Zhiqiang Fang
President of the Chinese American Association of Cambridge, a key player in supporting event growth and offering strategic advisory services.
Treasuer
Jimin Ren
Responsible for event budget planning, tracking, and record-keeping, ensure event financial health.
Promotion and Marketing Designer
Joey Jiang
Responsible for website design, development, and maintenance. Design event related promoation materials including poster, brocure etc.
Media Event Production Coordinator
Qian Hu
Responsible for production, media, event photography, and videography coordination.
Operations Coordinator
BG Shi
Support event operation, including organizing meetings, tracking action items, and supporting the founder with community outreach.
