The event organizer will review your submission and contact you if you are selected to participate in the showcase.

10:00 – 10:15 AM: Check-in

10:15 – 10:45 AM: Curtain Call Rehearsal

10:45 – 12:00 PM: Stage Rehearsal

12:15 – 1:00 PM: Artistic Portrait Session

12:15 – 1:30 PM: Lunch Break

2:00 – 3:30 PM: Dance Showcase

3:30 – 4:00 PM: Performer & Audience Reception

Application Deadline: May 31st, 2026.

General Rules

This showcase is open to dancers aged 40 and above.

Each performance must not exceed 3 minutes.

After submitting the application, any request for changes must be submitted to the committee by May 31. Requests submitted after this date may not be accommodated.

The number of available spots is limited. Applications will close once all spots are filled or by May 31, whichever comes first.

Application fee: (Includes the event registration fee, two event tickets, and event merchandise)

Solo dance: $150
-
Duet dance: $200 (limited spots, offered on a first-come, first-served basis).

For the first time applicant
For the first time applicant:

Please include a link to a video of your past performance at the end of the form, and kindly note that your application is considered incomplete without the video submission.

Application Decision Date: We will notify you of the application decision not later than June 15, 2026

Once your application is accepted, we will inform you how to pay the application fee.
